Plassey College Student Management System respects the privacy and security of its users.

Information We Access

The system may access the user's Google Account email address for authentication and identification. For authorized institutional functions, the system may also process student, classroom, assignment, and submission information obtained from Google Classroom and the college's institutional records.

How Information Is Used

Information is used only for legitimate academic and institutional purposes, including student identification, classroom management, assignment and submission management, synchronization, and academic reporting.

Data Sharing

The system does not sell or commercially distribute users' personal information. Information is made available only to users according to their authorized institutional role and access permissions.

Data Security

Reasonable technical and administrative measures are used to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.

Google Account

Google Account authentication is used to verify the identity of users. The system does not request or store the user's Google Account password.
