Terms of Service – Plassey College Student Management System

The Plassey College Student Management System is an institutional academic platform provided by Plassey College for authorized educational and administrative purposes.
Authorized Use
Users must access the system only with their own authorized Google Account and must use the system for legitimate academic or institutional purposes.
Student Access
Students may access only the information and functions permitted for their authenticated student account.
Teacher and Administrator Access
Teachers and administrators may receive additional access according to their institutional role and responsibilities.
Prohibited Use
Users must not attempt to access another user's information, bypass authentication or access controls, modify unauthorized data, or use the system for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Accuracy of Information
Academic and student information displayed by the system may depend on institutional records and Google Classroom synchronization. Users should report suspected errors to the appropriate college authority.
Service Availability
Plassey College may modify, suspend, or update the system when necessary for maintenance, security, or institutional requirements.
